This toolkit, created in partnership with GMHC, was created as a resource for staff in community-based organizations (CBOs) to support their efforts at educating communities about and increasing access to PrEP. It is divided into the following seven sections:
- What is PrEP?
- Who Is PrEP for?
- PrEP Research: How we know it works
- Kinds of PrEP
- Preparing your clients for PrEP
- PrEP cost and payment resources
- General PrEP resources
Various downloadable resources are linked throughout the document, including: “Questions about PrEP and the Doctor,” the “PrEP Index,” and a one-page reference of PrEP studies.
