Matthew J. Kessler, MBA
Vice President of Operations
Matthew Kessler has been managing nonprofit organizations for fifteen
years. He came to AIDS United in 2003 after seven years as the Director
of Administration for a national child/family policy organization. At
AU, Kessler directs the administrative, human resource, and operational
activities of the agency.
“I’ve always wanted a career that employs my love of business to impact
the lives of others,” said Kessler. “The best part of my work at AIDS
United (in addition to the colleagues I work with every day) is knowing
that I am part of a team that is making a real difference for people
across the United States.”
In his non-AU time, Kessler pursues his avid interest in cooking.
“I LOVE to cook,” he said. “Had I not chosen a career in business I would have been a chef!”
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in international business and
microeconomics and as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland.
VISA, Mastercard & AMEX accepted.
AIDS United has been ranked a Four Star Charity by Charity Navigator.
