Request CBA
Whether you’re an administrator or a direct service provider, we’re here for you. Capacity building assistance from Getting to Zero is available free of charge for community-based organizations that provide HIV prevention services! And requesting capacity building assistance is easy!
  1. Reach out to us by completing the CBA request form (below).

  2. Once we receive your CBA request form, a team member will reach to you to further discuss your technical assistance and/or training needs.

  3. After we collaboratively agree on a timeline and process, AIDS United will work with you to submit a request through the CDC CBA Request Information System (CRIS).

    • If you receive direct funding from the CDC to provide HIV prevention services, your organization or health department can access and request assistance through CRIS directly.
    • If you do not receive direct funding from the CDC to provide HIV prevention services, your organization can contact the directly-funded health department in your jurisdiction to have a CRIS request submitted on your behalf.
After we receive your request for capacity building assistance, we can begin providing technical assistance and/or training. We will work with you to create customized assistance that meets needs that are as unique as your organization and the communities you serve until we’ve completed our work together. There is no limit to the number of times an organization can access our services, so feel free to come back to access more of our CBA services.

We look forward to working with you!
