Gail Crockett

Director - Strategic Supply, Supply Chain Management, McDonald's USA

Gail T. Crockett joined McDonald’s in 2002 and is currently Director of Strategic Supply in U.S. Supply Chain Management. In this role, Ms. Crockett is responsible for the strategic sourcing of potato, oil and bakery items for the 14,000 restaurants of McDonald’s USA. She is also one of the leaders of the U.S. Supplier Diversity & Inclusion program.

Prior roles include: Director of New Products in Supply Chain where she led the supplier selection and execution of new product tests and national product launches. Director of Business Integration; in this role she was responsible for leading cross-functional project teams as they developed strategy and deployment plans for key business-driving initiatives such as McCafe. As Director, Supply Chain Services Ms. Crockett led the strategic sourcing of packaging and the development and execution of promotions such as Monopoly.

Prior to joining McDonald’s, Ms. Crockett was employed by YUM Brands Inc. (formerly PepsiCo) where she contributed in the Finance and Operations functions. Prior to YUM, she specialized as a manufacturing manager and as a facilities and environmental engineer in packaging manufacturing for Mobil Chemical Company.

Ms. Crockett is the former co-chair of the McDonald’s home office Women’s Leadership Network and she currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Aids United, a national no-profit organization.

A native of Chicago with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Northwestern University, Gail resides with her husband Roger.
