Dissemination of Evidence-Informed Interventions

The Dissemination of Evidence-Informed Interventions (DEII) initiative recently released four comprehensive training curricula for medical organizations, local health departments, and community groups. The trainings highlight best practices from the DEII interventions and cover the following issue areas:

  • Integrating buprenorphine treatment in HIV primary care,
  • Peer linkage and re-engagement for women of color,
  • Patient navigation for women of color, and
  • Jails transitional care coordination.

Each curriculum contains professionally designed PowerPoint slides and a detailed facilitator’s guide. Users will have talking points for each slide, worksheets and handouts for use during the training, and references for more information. All materials are free and available under the “Downloads” section at nextlevel.targethiv.org or linked below. (Note, you will need to enter your name and e-mail address to access the resources.)
