Housing Is HealthCare

This toolkit has been designed to help other organizations or groups of individuals who are committed to starting their own supportive housing for people living with HIV/AIDS. We have found that using a housing first, harm reduction approach to care is an effective way of helping people who are chronically homeless and living with HIV/AIDS to improve their clinical outcomes. This toolkit features The Open Door, an AIDS United Retention in Care grantee.
