Supporting Latino/a/e-led organizations addressing HIV in Hispanic and Latino communities across the United States, with culturally grounded prevention, care, and support services.
The Conexiones Positivas Fund invests in community-based organizations led by and serving Latino/a/e and Hispanic communities impacted by HIV. The fund recognizes that cultural relevance, language access, and community trust are essential to effective HIV prevention and care.
Grantees are selected for their demonstrated commitment to serving Latinx communities, their organizational capacity, and their ability to deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate services to people living with or at risk for HIV.
